As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will be the point of contact for new and existing customers, guiding them through the enrollment process, account activations, billing support, and service upgrades. Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Associate
- Engage with customers to present fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications solutions
- Assist with service enrollments, account setup, activations, plan upgrades, and billing inquiries
- Deliver excellent customer service and enrollment support while recommending the right solutions
- Maintain accurate customer account records, enrollment activity, and sales updates
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales, enrollment, and customer service goals
- Stay current on telecommunications products, promotions, and fiber internet technology
- Build positive client relationships that drive loyalty, referrals, and repeat business
