What You'll Do:

• Operate high-volume print, copy, and production equipment to deliver quality results.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by managing requests, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, maintain records, and support mail, sorting, and distribution services.
• Assist with meeting room setups, reception support, and other on-site operational needs.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, production, or office support role.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Skills:

• Print, copy center, mailroom, or production experience.
• Basic copier or equipment troubleshooting knowledge.
• Valid driver's license.
