Print Support Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalamazoo, MI, for a Print Support Specialist. The Print Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for printing solutions, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all print-related equipment. Key duties include maintaining and repairing printing devices, managing print queues and supplies, educating users on best practices, and collaborating with the IT and operations teams to optimize printing processes. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer support and ensure high levels of satisfaction with Ricoh services.

• Technical expertise in printer hardware, software troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address printing and device-related issues
• Effective communication skills to provide end-user support and deliver clear instructions
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing resources, supplies, and tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Experience working in IT support, technical support, or a related field is beneficial
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to printing devices
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in technical support or IT-related areas are a plus
