Roles And Responsibilities
- Operate high‑volume 2D or 3D print and copy equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and promptly escalate technical issues when necessary
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, coordinating service calls, and managing job requests
- Maintain accurate service records, manage inventory, and calculate charges for services provided
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion and delivery of jobs
- Support various building functions, including meeting room setup and general site support
- Assist, as needed, with reception services and light facility maintenance
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures when handling equipment and materials to maintain a safe work environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Prior experience in copy services, print operations, or related roles
- Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair
- Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance coverage
