Experience
- No previous experience required
- Restaurant or Customer Service: 1 year (preferred; not required)
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 19 years of age.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include weekends and/or holidays.
- Bilingual. (Spanish and English preferred)
- Basic mathematical skills.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
- Become knowledgeable of Los Reyes' products and nutritional value to better understand your guest's needs and make a recommendation.
- Prepares food and beverages from our menu and delivers a perfect product and a complete order every time.
- Processes payments; cash, or other credit cards.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Look sharp and be on time for all scheduled shifts.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through out shifts.
- Must be flexible with scheduling.
