Rico Roofing is looking for a motivated, results-driven Roofing Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential for sales professionals who thrive in a one-call close environment.
Roofing sales experience is preferred. We will also consider candidates with a proven track record in home improvement sales or in-home sales who are confident presenting solutions and closing deals during the initial appointment.
This is a retail roofing sales position. Our sales specialists run company-provided appointments—no door knocking, cold calling, or lead generation required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments.
- Perform roof inspections and assess customer needs.
- Present roofing solutions and provide accurate estimates.
- Build rapport, answer customer questions, and deliver a professional sales presentation.
- Close sales during the initial appointment whenever possible.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service throughout the sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- Roofing sales experience preferred.
- Candidates with successful home improvement sales or in-home sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to close sales in a one-call close environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to safely inspect roofs and work outdoors.
