What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and maintaining overall physical health.
- Problem-solving and managing your time effectively to prioritize workload.
- Working with hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing systems to troubleshoot and maintain equipment, including calling for service from our providers.
- Responding promptly to equipment downtime and communicating issues to management.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and organizing appointments.
- Multitasking various requests while keeping our facility in top condition (troubleshooting electric, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds maintenance).
- Being a reliable team member with perfect attendance and availability for on-call duties.
- Promoting a safety-first mindset by assisting with inspections and forklift training.
