Learn more by visiting www.rickengineering.com ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Opens front office and switchboard daily in accordance with office hours.Maintains front office appearance and cleanliness during office hours.Answers and routes incoming telephone calls to staff in a timely manner. Is sufficiently able to distinguish between legitimate business calls and “spam” or “phishing” calls.Greet all visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.Acts as conduit between visitors to the office and office staff, ensuring visitors, vendors, and salespeople are handled as appropriate.Notifies staff in a timely manner regarding all deliveries made to the front office.Process all incoming mail. Open and sorts mail for distribution.
