Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding State Farm insurance products and services.
- Follow up on internet leads generated during evenings, weekends, and after-hours.
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers by gathering relevant information and assessing their insurance needs.
- Build rapport with potential customers and generate interest in available products and services.
- Schedule appointments and facilitate warm handoffs to the agency's licensed sales team.
- Provide basic information regarding insurance options and agency services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead activity within agency systems.
- Follow agency guidelines and compliance standards in all communications.
- Track activity and provide updates on lead generation and appointment-setting efforts.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
- Ability to work independently while staying organized and focused on goals.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency systems.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused phone presence.
- Motivated by performance and contributing to the agency's growth.
- Hours will primarily be evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- Initial training will be completed in-office to ensure a strong foundation and understanding of agency processes.
- Opportunity to transition into a remote work arrangement following successful completion of training.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
