Rick Shipman Construction is searching for a hard-working, dedicated Project Manager that has a minimum of 3 years of commercial project experience managing new and remodel projects as a PM from start to finish.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of an assigned project while maintaining successful client relationships and consistent quality. Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen and be authorized to work in the United States
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Project Manager (Local) to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex infrastructure projects, coordinate project schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading teams of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will bring construction management expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Direct all construction activities and project planning process.
- Take lead on various meetings.
- Work with Superintendents and field staff
- Coordinate project schedules
- Finish projects in a timely manner
- Be on or under budget
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to site.
- Develop and maintain successful client relationships
- Monitor project forecast and fulfill job costing responsibilities.
- Mentor and provide guidance.
Requirements
- Three (3) plus years of Project Management experience
- Previous Retail Construction experience
- Familiar with construction computer software: Outlook, MS Word, Excel & Wrike, Holobuilder, Pulse or similar software expertise.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Pay: $72,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
