Role Description
We are seeking licensed plumbers to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Milford, CT. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, and ensuring all work complies with state and local building codes. Additional tasks include collaborating with customers to address their plumbing needs, providing clear explanations of repair options, and completing projects efficiently with quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Plumbing and Pipe installation
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of plumbing systems
- Strong commitment to providing excellent Customer Service
- Knowledge of state and local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid plumbing license required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and manage tools and equipment safely
- Experience in a family-owned or service-focused company is a plus
