HVAC Service Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical repair. This role involves working on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment in residential settings.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC)systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals.
• Conduct repairs on various HVAC components including heating and air conditioning units
• Utilize tools to perform necessary repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each job.
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete larger projects efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry. Minimum 2 years as HVAC service technician
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
• Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
