Origin Exterior Partners (OEP) is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate Headquarters in Irving, TX.

What We Offer

· $28.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

· Process accurate, timely multi-state payroll for multiple operating companies

· Review and validate employee hours, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and garnishments

· Partner with ADP and third-party vendors to resolve payroll issues

· Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and confidentiality

· Support 401(k) processing and payroll reconciliations

· Assist with quarter-end and year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation

· Help integrate newly acquired companies into OEP’s payroll processes

· Maintain payroll records and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

· 2 years of payroll experience

· Multi-state payroll experience preferred

· Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience supporting a multi-entity, decentralized, or acquisition-driven organization is a plus.
