Our consistent performance, commitment to craftsmanship, and strong client relationships have fueled our long-term success.Position Overview We're looking for a skilled Concrete Estimator / Project Manager who can manage the full estimating process while supporting projects from initial concept through completion. In this role, you will:Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate estimates.Use digital takeoff tools (On-Screen Takeoff or equivalent) to calculate quantities and determine labor, equipment, and material needs.Identify potential risks, evaluate cost trends, and assist in developing cost strategies.Coordinate with leadership, clients, vendors, inspectors, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, reports, and supporting documentation.Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive and reliable pricing.Who You Are You're analytical, organized, and confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners.
