What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction office setting, including project setup and document management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional in all interactions
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service background with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Provide administrative support to estimators, including correspondence and record maintenance
- Create, organize, and maintain job files and assist with documentation needed for accounting
- Prepare and process construction-related documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, manage incoming and outgoing calls, and communicate with field personnel, project managers, and subcontractors
- Assist project managers with organizing documentation and tracking project information
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical)
- Perform data entry and general administrative support for multiple team members
- Hourly: $22-$26
