Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. The Laborer will be responsible for various tasks that support construction projects and ensure the efficient operation of machinery.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, and dump trucks to assist with construction tasks.
- Perform utility locating to ensure safe excavation practices.
- Assist in building structures and maintaining construction sites.
- Operate graders and front loader trucks to move materials and prepare surfaces.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and adhere to safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to loader operation, bulldoze, dump truck, caterpillar, grader operation, and front loader truck.
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
