We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate policy changes, billing questions, renewals, endorsements, and other service needs. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems, and working independently in a supportive agency environment.
- Base pay of $27-$32 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals
- Assist clients with billing questions and payment options
- Collaborate with agency staff to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, insurance products, and industry changes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience issuing commercial certificates
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Prior commercial lines experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Self-starter who works well independently
