Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative at our Plantation, FL location. The BDC Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via phone, scheduling service appointments, following up on leads, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and providing an exceptional level of customer service. Accuracy in data entry and effective communication will also be key components of success in this role. The position involves working in a collaborative environment to support the dealership's sales and service goals.
