What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Transportation Driver position at Richwood Transport?
We're hiring drivers in Waterbury to transport patients to their medical appointments. This is an independent contractor role, you build your own schedule of regular riders over time instead of working one-off jobs with no consistency.

Your Role as a Driver:
- Safely transport riders to and from scheduled medical appointments.
- Confirm trips in advance and show up on time, riders are counting on it.
- Use our driver app to manage your schedule and trip records.
- Treat every ride with the care a medical appointment deserves.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old.
- 4-door vehicle, 2010 or newer, good condition.
- Must have held a valid Connecticut Driver's License for at least 2 years.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Smartphone required.
