Territory Account Manager
Are you a motivated, technically-minded professional with a passion for solving problems and building relationships? Join Richwood Industries, a leader in bulk material handling solutions, as a Territory Account Manager. You’ll be the face of our company in the field—delivering value, insight, and service to mining and industrial clients across your region.
- Most important is the ability to take a consultative approach to determining the customers’ needs and offering appropriate solutions in a technical field.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
- Conduct on-site visits for equipment inspections, maintenance recommendations, and technical support.
- Deliver consultative solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending the right Richwood products.
- Lead product demos and training using our mobile demo trailer.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, logistics) to ensure top-tier service.
- Manage your territory through cold-calling, lead generation, and CRM tracking.
Territory Account Manager Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales, mining, or industrial maintenance (preferred).
- Background in quarry/mining, bulk material handling, or mechanical/fabrication is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read diagrams, measure equipment, and write clear, persuasive proposals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Homestead Florida area.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle requirements.
