Richter Landscape is looking for a hardworking, reliable Landscape Installation Crew Member to join our team. You will work outdoors to bring landscape designs to life. This role focuses on installing plants, sod, and hardscape features. If you enjoy physical work and seeing the instant results of your labor, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Prepare Sites: Clear debris, dig trenches, grade soil, and set up proper drainage.
- Install Softscapes: Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers. Lay sod and spread mulch or topsoil.
- Build Hardscapes: Assist in constructing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and pavers.
- Operate Equipment: Use hand tools, power tools, skid steer, sod cutters, and compactors safely.
- Maintain Quality: Keep job sites clean, load/unload trucks, and care for company tools.

- Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day.
- Weather Resilience: Willingness to work outside in hot, cold, or wet weather conditions.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions closely.
- Reliable Transit: Dependable transportation to our shop or job sites each morning.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a major plus but not strictly required.
