This is a Safety-Sensitive Position. The ability to perform duties with full and unimpaired judgment is required.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Community Director, the Service Technician will:
Complete work orders and service requests efficiently and professionally
Maintain the property's grounds, pool, and landscaping
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Handle make-readies for vacant units
Support emergency on-call maintenance as needed
What We're Looking For:
3 years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting
HVAC or EPA certification preferred
Pool maintenance experience preferred
Skilled in a variety of trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Willingness to participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 75 lbs.
Bend, twist, reach, and kneel as needed for repairs
Comfortable working in tight spaces and overhead areas
