This is a Safety-Sensitive Position. The ability to perform duties with full and unimpaired judgment is required.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Community Director, the Service Technician will:
- Complete work orders and service requests efficiently and professionally
- Maintain the property's grounds, pool, and landscaping
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Handle make-readies for vacant units
- Support emergency on-call maintenance as needed
- 3 years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- Skilled in a variety of trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Bend, twist, reach, and kneel as needed for repairs
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and overhead areas
