💵 $500 SIGN-ON BONUS

🔨 What You'll Be Responsible For:
As a Service Technician, you'll report to the Community Manager and handle daily maintenance duties including:
-
Responding promptly to service requests
-
Performing preventive maintenance tasks
-
Overseeing pool care, landscaping, and grounds upkeep
-
Preparing apartments for new move-ins (turnkey/make-ready work)
-
Maintaining tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
-
Delivering exceptional service to residents with a positive, professional attitude
✅ What We're Looking For:
-
HVAC or EPA certification (preferred)
-
Pool maintenance experience (preferred)
-
At least 1 year of multi-family property maintenance experience
-
General knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs

Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service

Ability to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
💪 Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and work in confined spaces

Comfortable with climbing stairs and reaching overhead for extended periods

Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
