Our busy multi-family community in Jackson, TN is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our leasing office.
📍 Schedule: 12 PM - 5 PM Every Other Saturday

What You'll Do:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will:
✔ Greet and assist residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
✔ Provide top-tier customer service while conducting apartment tours and answering inquiries.
✔ Support the Community Manager in day-to-day leasing and administrative tasks.
✔ Execute effective marketing and leasing strategies following Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and company policies.
✔ Handle paperwork, lease agreements, and resident communications with attention to detail.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Leasing experience (1 years preferred)
✔ Ability to work every other Saturday
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
✔ A team player with a willingness to go the extra mile
