Richmond Terrace was awarded Best of the Valley in 2025 in the condo category.RT is a 147 unit, 5 story condo building. • Manage building maintenance, security access and camera system oversight and planning. Supervise maintenance and contractor cleaning personnel on the day to day. Some physical labor may be required.• Prioritize, plan and successfully complete building projects, including the bid process and vendor negotiations.• Communicate with Board of Directors, homeowners and residents relating to providing services within the building, managing questions and complaints, maintaining, enforcing and implementing Association rules and policies.• Maintain Microsoft Word/Excel/Gmail computer records of operations of the Association and building, including any Association Website updates to 3rd party vendor.• Provide Quickbooks accounting functions, including processing dues, paying bills, coordinating payroll and accounting functions with contracted accounting firm, processing financial reports, and assisting in preparation of annual budget and monitoring variances to budget.• Flexible hours and a generous vacation package.Required experience:• A minimum of seven years of organizational and personal management.Required education:• High school or equivalentCompany DescriptionA customized position that includes managing security/camera software (FOB access), building and grounds, regular PM maintenance, annual improvements, systems testing and contractor construction projects.Daytime position with flexible hours and rotational "On Call" requirements.
