As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you’ll engage with customers to highlight how Verizon FiOS offers the fastest, most reliable internet in Richmond. You’ll then explain how symmetrical speeds and Wi-Fi routers ensure strong signals in every room. The Entry Level Sales Assistant's sales expertise will drive sales by providing professional service that highlights the value of Verizon FiOS.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Assistant
- Reach out to Richmond customers to begin conversations about how Verizon FiOS High‑Speed Fiber Internet outperforms older cable options.
- Break down the benefits of FiOS symmetrical speeds in everyday language that strengthens clear, honest sales messaging.
- Present Verizon’s home Wi‑Fi solutions that keep the sales process comfortable and non‑technical.
- Recommend FiOS packages with long‑term price protection, using steady sales guidance to help customers choose predictable monthly costs.
- Walk customers through FiOS incentives and bundle opportunities, using approachable sales communication to highlight added value.
- Support customers through enrollment and follow up after installation to complete a smooth, trustworthy sales journey.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Assistant
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
