Busy, casual fine dining restaurant in the city is looking for a Chef de Cuisine. Candidate must have previous management experience in a from scratch restaurant. Qualified candidates must have a passion for cooking great food, possess strong leadership abilities, and have a desire to learn, grow, and be an integral part of a dynamic team. Most importantly, successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, thrive in a team environment, possess organizational skills, be punctual, professional, and have the ability to manage a small kitchen staff leading by example.

Pay is based on each individuals final schedule, $55,00 is the average starting salary for the position at 45 hours a week. More salary can be earned if candidate would prefer to work more hours. However, we believe strongly in balancing our passion for hospitality with our personal time away from the restaurant.
