We are seeking an IDD Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Department. This position is ideal for someone with experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities, Medicaid Waiver services, residential programs, case management, or regulatory compliance who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

As an IDD Quality Assurance Specialist, you will help RRSI maintain excellence in service delivery and regulatory compliance by:

· Conducting quality assurance, medication, and documentation audits.

· Supporting Data Driven Outcomes through Therap DDO and Business Intelligence reporting.

· Monitoring compliance activities and regulatory requirements.

· Assisting with Root Cause Analysis, incident reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

· Supporting staff training, New Employee Orientation, CPR, and Therapeutic Options programs.

· Collaborating with leadership to improve systems, strengthen compliance, and promote best practices.

· Participating in agency committees, employee engagement activities, and special projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, healthcare, training, or human services.
  • Experience with electronic health records and data systems.
  • Knowledge of DBHDS regulations, HCBS standards, Medicaid Waiver services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to person-centered services.
