Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Service Worker – Head Start at Richmond Public Schools. Located in Richmond, VA, this position involves providing family services within the Head Start program, managing cases, and working closely with children and their families. The Family Service Worker will be responsible for supporting families, ensuring children’s needs are met, and facilitating communication between the school and families. The role involves conducting home visits, intake assessments, and providing resources and referrals to families.
Qualifications

- Associate degree required
