The Richmond R-XVI School District is currently accepting applications for the position of Middle School Principal, Grades 6-8, for the 2026-2027 school year.
The following are the requirements and qualifications of the position:
- Must have a valid Missouri Certification
- Prior experience is preferred
- Instructional leader of building, having comprehensive understanding of Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction with a goal of continued increase in student achievement
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and patrons
- Must have an understanding of PLC's (Professional Learning Communities) and the ability to collaborate with all community and staff members
- Strong background in scheduling
- Ability to supervise and oversee extra-curricular activities and events
- Salary will be based on experience and degree
