The Richmond R-XVI School District is currently accepting applications for the position of Middle School Principal, Grades 6-8, for the 2026-2027 school year.

 

The following are the requirements and qualifications of the position:

 

  • Must have a valid Missouri Certification
  • Prior experience is preferred
  • Instructional leader of building, having comprehensive understanding of Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction with a goal of continued increase in student achievement
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and patrons
  • Must have an understanding of PLC's (Professional Learning Communities) and the ability to collaborate with all community and staff members
  • Strong background in scheduling
  • Ability to supervise and oversee extra-curricular activities and events
  • Salary will be based on experience and degree
