What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance & Cleaning/Janitorial position at Richmond Ford West?
We are looking for the right person to keep our Service Department in tip top shape!
Responsibilities
-
Perform building maintenance & repairs in our 4 on site shops.
- Operate walk behind Floor Scrubber Machine daily keep shop bay floors clean and free of oil/fluids.
- Blow leaves
- Break down and discard cardboard boxes
- Take out the trash
- Discard used parts & scrap metal

Perform other duties as assigned (example: may deliver parts or assist with pickup & delivery of vehicles during down times)
Qualifications

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends

Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve

High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical & Janitorial skills/experience

Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service

Reliable transportation to and from work every single day

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
