Richmond Express Courier Service and Warehousing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team!
Scheduled days are Saturday/Sunday
Candidates would be responsible for:
- Tracking orders, ensuring that times and service standards are met.
- Working with the team to provide service in line with the Richmond Express standard.
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy in service.
- Providing excellent customer service
This position is ideal for individuals who prefer a challenging and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- 2 Years prior customer service experience
- Dispatch experience preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing excellent service in a dynamic dispatch department
- Building rapport with customers and drivers, while acting as the lead liaison for the fleet
- Providing insight and feedback to ensure expectations are met.

- Ability to pass a background check and preemployment drug screening.
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Good working knowledge of the Richmond area
