Richmond County Government is seeking a Full-Time Building Maintenance Worker
This position will perform a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks in the maintenance of County Buildings including carpentry, electrical and plumbing installation and repairs; HVAC repairs; work orders on a variety of issues including moving furniture and custodial responsibilities as needed.
**Strong carpentry skills are required**
Minimum requirements: High school graduate preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving background.
Salary & Benefits - starting range $37,595.40- $45,365.88; group medical and dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, life insurance, retirement program and 401K.
