What You’ll Do
- Plan and lead creative, engaging activities based on individual interests
- Support community outings, events, and social experiences
- Encourage participation in arts, fitness, music, and life-enrichment programs
- Promote independence, confidence, and self-expression
- Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with person-centered goals
- Maintain basic documentation and activity tracking
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in recreation, human services, or a related field preferred
- Energetic, creative, and engaging personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (16-20 hours per week)
- Valid driver’s license required.
