About the RoleRichmond Breathe Free is a premier ENT and Allergy practice dedicated to providing life-changing relief for our community. As we expand our team with a new mid-level provider, we are seeking a tech-savvy, ambitious Medical Assistant to join our growing clinical family.This is not just a support role; it is a "ground floor" opportunity for a professional who wants to master specialized ENT procedures and grow into leadership as our practice continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
- EHR Excellence: Act as the primary clinical documenter, ensuring all patient histories, vitals, and treatment plans are accurately captured in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Provider Support: Partner closely with our physicians and mid-level providers to streamline patient flow and maximize clinic efficiency.
- Specialized ENT Clinical Care: Assist with new and existing patients in-office. Potentially assist in procedures such as Balloon Sinuplasty, allergy testing, and immunotherapy.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on their treatment plans and serve as their primary point of contact for clinical questions.
What We’re Looking For
- EHR Proficiency (Required): You must be highly comfortable navigating Electronic Health Record systems. Whether your experience is in Epic, Allscripts, AMD, NextGen, or similar platforms, you should be able to document with speed and high accuracy.
