Richmond Behavioral Healthhas an exciting new opportunity for a Program Supervisor Ito lead our Permanent Supporting Housing Team (PSH).The selected individual will performcomplex professional and administrative work coordinating and supervising Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) activities, supervising the work of staff within a program, ensuring the quality of program services, coordinating services with other divisions and community partners, maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the assigned manager. Supervision is exercised over subordinate personnel.
Essential Functions
Coordinates and oversees housing related activities; sets program priorities; monitors and evaluates service delivery in accordance with established guidelines and principles; develops and enforces program policies and procedures.
Assists in the recruitment and selection of program personnel; assigns, directs, trains and inspects the work of staff; disciplines, coaches, counsels and evaluates staff performance; recommends suspensions and termination; develops staff schedules and approves leave.
Coordinates meetings to discuss client/program/staff concerns or changes, consults with teams and committees in the planning and development of treatment and discharge plans.
Oversees the coordination of housing related services, coordinates treatment with other service providers and client support system.
In conjunction with the Program Manager, provides input and monitoring of program budgets and grants.
Manages and maintains program supplies; processes purchasing and billing documentation.
Monitors and audits housing charts for compliance with regulatory, reimbursement and agency standards; reviews documentation for accuracy.
Conducts direct care with clients; performs housing related tasks including HQS inspections, rental calculations, and individual moves as needed.
Provides housing related crisis intervention and prevention services to individuals and families; provides consultation and education to staff and clients.
Serves on a variety of committees as directed; attends and participates in a variety of meetings.
Attends professional conferences and trainings as required.
