- In partnership with the Director of Communications and Marketing, develop and execute the strategic plan for external communications and marketing
- Identify target audiences and develop aligned messaging
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars
- Create content for digital and print media (e.g., website, press releases, newsletters, program brochures)
- Ensure brand integrity across platforms
- Collaborate with staff to gather stories and data
- Facilitate internal communications meetings to promote internal collaboration and staff engagement
- Other duties as assigned
