What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Service Office Associate II position at Richmond Behavioral Health?
The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a General Services Associates to join our General Services team! This incubent will be able to perform technical work supervising and managing facility maintenance, building security, safety, parking, housekeeping services and RBHA property, maintaining and tracking vehicle and property information in the fleet software system and FMX software, assigning fleet vehicles to employees, supervising housekeeping and security employees, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the General Services Manager.
Essential Functions
Assist with receptionist duties; greets visitor; answers telephone’ provides information; forwards calls to appropriate party. Maintains Authority vehicles insurance, registrations, safety, auctioning, replacement vehicles, repairs and fuel cards.
Assist with small purchase credit cards; receives and codes invoices.
Maintains and tracks agile fleet database including mileage, maintenance, vehicle washing, keys, fuel cards, parking assignments, etc.
Maintains facility operations, building security, facilities maintenance, software and safety.
Manages parking for employees and fleet.
Assist with housekeeping services;
Assist with security services.
Backup other Office Associates and lobby receptionist
Manages capital projects involving building renovations, painting and furniture installation.
Collects and compiles statistical data to prepare monthly reports.
Maintains vendor contact list including company listings, email address book and websites.
