Sales Opportunity – High Income Potential (No Credit? No Problem Dealership)
Richmond Auto Group is looking for a motivated, competitive individual to join our team. This is NOT your typical car sales job.
We specialize in helping customers who have been turned down elsewhere — which means every deal requires creativity, persistence, and strong communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with customers who have credit challenges
- Structure deals using in-house and bank financing options
- Build trust and guide customers through the approval process
- Follow up aggressively and close deals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (you’re comfortable talking money)
- Competitive mindset (you want to win and get paid)
- Problem-solver (you don’t give up when deals get tough)
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
This is NOT for:
- People who need constant supervision
- People who give up easily
- People uncomfortable discussing finances
Compensation:
- Base commission OR commission-heavy (depending on experience)
- Unlimited earning potential
