Position Summary:
Richmark Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful management of the property while maintaining a strong customer service focus and upholding compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks and property operations
- Maintain exceptional customer service and professional communication with residents and vendors
- Identify opportunities for property and operational improvements and communicate observations to the Property Manager
- Perform various on-site duties as assigned, including tasks requiring a valid driver’s license
- Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local laws and ordinances
- Assist with leasing efforts, rent collection, and resident notices as needed
- Help track and coordinate apartment renovations and turn processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the apartment leasing industry; Assistant Manager experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to retain and relay information clearly and accurately
- Experience with apartment renovations is a plus
- Knowledge of Resman property management software is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- English required; Spanish bilingual preferred
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability required
- Leasing, renewal and delinquency bonuses
