Position Summary:
Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and general property care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant units
- Maintain pool cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Ensure grounds and common areas are kept clean and presentable
- Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, and all local laws and ordinances
- On-call rotation and weekend availability
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of on-site experience as an Assistant Maintenance Technician, Make Ready, or Painter
- Must provide own tools for general maintenance and repair work
- HVAC / EPA certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
