Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise and market available apartment units to prospective residents
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and community features
- Show available units to prospective renters and explain leasing terms and community policies
- Conduct application screenings, including background and credit checks, to ensure qualified applicants
- Maintain positive communication and relationships with current residents
- Support property goals through effective leasing techniques and resident retention strategies
- Comply with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations
- Weekends required

- Must be open to work weekends
