📍 Position & Location
- Position: Regional Property Manager
- Location: Autumn Woods I/II, a 367/114 residential unit community, Bladensburg, MD
⭐ Key Qualifications
- LIHTC experience preferred

✅ What You'll Do
- Oversee property operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe work environment and provide support to Property Managers and Supervisors
- Communicate regularly with the Corporate Office
- Maximize gross rent while minimizing vacancy and delinquent rent loss
- Control expenditures and approve purchases
- Conduct market and product analysis
- Recommend competitive pricing and assist in developing strategic marketing plans
- Directly supervise all Property Managers in the assigned region
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
📋 What You Bring
🎓 Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; CPM designation and certified LIHTC also preferred
💼 Experience
- Minimum 5 years of prior property management experience required
- Minimum 3 years of Yardi software experience
🛠️ Skills & Certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software such as Yardi
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
