Position: Part Time Leasing Associate

Location: Windover Woods, Titusville, FL

 Hours : Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key Qualifications:

• Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred. 
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Create and distribute marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills.
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.

Requirements:

• Education:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
  1. Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experience
  2. Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred.
• Skills & Certifications:

1. Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills.
2. Strong work ethic and customer focus
3. Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
4. Attention to detail/follow-up technique.
5. Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
6. Problem-solving skills and reliability
7. Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
8. Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment.
