Position: Floating Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- T ravel is required with two weeks’ notice
- Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals
- Verify lease information accuracy ; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software
- Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes
- Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning
- Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager
- R ent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Education:
- Associate ’s degree or equivalent experience .
- Experience:
- 2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant or Leasing position.
- Experience with LIHTC communities and Yardi software is preferred .
- Skills & Certifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication , organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Valid Driver’s License required
