Richman Property Services is currently seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Concierge (PT)

Location: One East Harlem. Our 404 unit Residential Community. Located in New York, NY.

Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8am -5pm

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the management office with administrative work.
• Answering phone calls
• Distributing mail and packages to residents
• Ensuring resident needs and concerns are met; communicating any maintenance concerns to maintenance staff
• Welcoming all residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
• Coordinate special events or special projects as assigned
• All other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Education:
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., and some college preferred
    
    

• Experience:
  • Two years’ experience in the apartment industry preferred
    
    
• Skills & Certifications:
  • Residential Property Management experience preferred
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize
  • Exceptional resident relations skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organized, detailed, and thorough
  • Computer literate – proficient in MS Office
  • Leadership skills
