The Richland Hospital & Clinics is seeking a creative and driven Multimedia & Marketing Specialist to help shape and share our story. The Multimedia & Marketing Specialist plays a key role in advancing The Richland Hospital & Clinics’ marketing and communication efforts. Under the direction of the Director of Community Relations & Marketing, this position contributes to the success of the organization by developing and executing creative strategies that connect patients, providers, staff, and the community.
This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The Multimedia & Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create materials that promote health education, enhance patient engagement, and reinforce the hospital’s brand identity. In addition to design and content creation, this position supports event coordination, project management, and administrative tasks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
Design and produce marketing materials across digital and print platforms.
Create and edit photography and video content for promotional, educational, and internal use.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency.
Support event coordination and attend community events to capture media.
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure accessibility compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and videography.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to work some evenings/weekends for event support.
