Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Valet Attendant position located in Nashville, TN. The Valet Attendant will ensure smooth and professional parking services for guests and members, responsibly handle vehicles, and provide excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with inquiries, maintaining a courteous demeanor, and ensuring the safety of individuals and property. Other duties involve managing vehicle keys securely and maintaining the valet area in a neat and organized manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Valet Parking and the ability to handle vehicles with care and efficiency.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide outstanding and professional guest interactions.
- Experience in Cash Handling and ensuring accurate transactions and accountability.
- Ability to assist with Training and mentoring of new team members if required.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or service-related role is a plus.
