Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through available car wash packages and membership options
- Actively promote and upsell membership plans, upgrades, and add-on services
- Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment around the facility
- Direct vehicle traffic and assist customers through the wash process
- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
- Meet and support daily sales goals and performance targets
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
- Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods
